Here's a shot in the dark! I've been told about a seamstress in Vancouver that does custom bridesmaid dresses and alterations, her name is Lily. I'm unable to find her through online searching and haven't been able to hunt her down. Does anyone know her or someone who's used her before to pass on her contact info?
