Do babies (aged 0 - 2) count towards the final wedding guest count?

Hi brides,
I am getting married the day before Alberta's Stage 3 . Does anyone know if newborns count towards the final wedding guest count? I need proof from AHS or the Alberta website. Or does anyone know what number I should call to confirm this?

I would also assume that they do. I know for my wedding in BC every person counts towards the final count even if their infants
