  Get the scotch tape glue/double sided tape. It looks like the whiteout pens and works great for things like this. You can get them at staples, micheals, Walmart, etc.

  Savings is great so don't spend more than needed is a good point. Strings and pole sticks as said will look nicer then frames as i look at your projects.

  I have some matte paper handy and was going to use that. Trying not to buy extras so close to the wedding. Also considering picture frames

  Looks great and the paperstock being used is 80 lbs thick? Staples sells them at reasonable price.
