    I bet you could go to somewhere like Fabricland and they could sort you out. They have a lot of bridal things that you just add a bit too. Michaels and Walmart had inexpensive options as well. I was wondering about this myself and I found a tutorial here .

    I got mine from the bridal salon as a gift. I have a feeling these might be easier to make than you think. A piece of lace and some elastic and a sewing kit is my guess.
