I ordered from fiftyflowers.com! It's an American company but they ship to Canada with a 40% surcharge. Even with the surcharge we spent WAY less on our flowers. I wanted peach roses and babies breath, which anywhere else would have been super expensive because of the roses. Here are some pictures of how they turned out!

A friend did her own flowers the night before with pre-ordered flowers from costco. It was super easy and they lasted really well.

I would suggest buying flowers in bulk and arranging them yourself. There are quite a few places online that sell bulk flowers but also check Costco and Metro.
