    We are looking at more healthier options as we have cut back on the junk food and eating out, for cooking more at home. It has helped a lot and we drink lots of water to keep us healthy.

    I've been meal prepping for a few years now and I love it it's so convenient for me and easy to stay on track with proper eating

    We are pretty good at preparing healthy suppers and then we eat the leftovers for dinner the next day. We don't meal prep per se, but we will try to think about our meals ahead of time so that when we go grocery shopping on the weekend, we have a specific list and don't stray too much.

    Good idea but also very time consuming. I do meal prep my breakfasts for the week as I eat the same thing every day and I tend get my lunches ready this way as they are usually leftovers from the night before and some fruit.
