If you are not a Gym person, try this:

You can take the stairs whenever possible.

Try walking instead of driving or using public transit.

Do ten sit ups in the morning before you get out of bed.

    I usually try to take the stairs and even walk on escalators. I find this especially important since my job requires me to sit a lot.
