While he was reading it I picked up his kitty Zoe and knelt down in front of him holding her. By the time he finished reading the card he knew what was happening and we collapsed into each other laughing and crying. Best moment of my life. ❤

My FH has been engaged once before so I told him he had his shot and now I'm going to beat him to it. So I took him to the winter light show on Dec. 30th 2017 after dating for 10 months and presented a couple bracelets from Claire's that say "His one" and "Her only". I asked him in the car in the tunnel of love - it was too cold IMO for me to do that outside

We ended up going to choose a small Pandora ring on date night but it was an excuse to pick up his Engagment present that was suppose to be part of the proposal. It's a fun memory. We had the exact same scenario, we knew it would happen eventually, we have talked about so much over time. We just mutually decided it was the right time. We’re getting married on our 10 year anniversary. I hate having to answer the “how did he do it?” Question lol. But I really love proposal stories too, I dont regret that I didnt get one, it doesn’t feel like us anyway. They’re so fun to hear though.

I love bride proposal stories. The bow is such a cute idea! How did he react? Were there tears? Do we expect the same reactions from men as we do if it were the other way around?

(We kind of just mutually agreed to get married, so there wasn't a proposal, just a major move.)

I proposed in October. Initally I was planning this big cute thing in my head but it ended up being a drunk night after a concert with my bff. I was just so happy i came home to him and and only him, I just got really emotional and I guess I asked in the middle of pouring my heart out to him 🤣 I ended up reassuring him the next morning that it was true feelings I did wanna do it. My drunk night just sped up the plan in a more untraditional way.
