Desserts

Im a sucker for a dessert table that people can just pick at through out the evening pre & post dinner. plus to go boxes for anyone who might have to duck out early due to sitters of anything else

Definitely, there will be take-home boxes provided

Everyone will always like something sweet later on especially after drinking and dancing. You could also offer little take home boxes so out of town guest can bring something back to their rooms or even the in town guests.

I was also thinking of something like you suggested. Put our goodies out with a few of the venue desserts as the "dessert" and then the remaining that we don't put out, put with the late night foods.

No such thing as too much desserts. I would maybe split the venues desserts with the late night bites. keep the goodies for after dinner and speeches.

Have it available after dinner when dancing starts.

We are doing the same as Liberty - dinner, speeches and then cake cutting and the dessert table
