I set up a meeting with them since my venue gave me a card of theirs. I wasn't impressed and actually left the meeting angry and felt like I wasted my time. I made an appointment and the woman took someone else ahead me, making me wait nearly a half hour to be seen only to answer her cell phone in the middle of the meeting with me (which lasted twenty minutes) multiple times, tell me it didn't matter if I wasn't having a cake table and that they will charge me anyway since that's what the package was. I asked about substitutes since we're not having cake but maybe could decorate the receiving table more and she said no.
I just signed with Fairytale Creations and Catering in Brampton. They listened to what I wanted and we spent two hours talking about my ideas and how they can help. I found them through Facebook and set up a meeting. So far they've answered all my questions and I get the impression they are excited to work with me.
