Date for stag and doe

I would do a friday night time or saturday thing! and for time of year depends if you want to have an outdoor thing. but i assume a friday night at a hall or rec room would be hella cheaper during off season!

I would say a Saturday is your best bet in Ontario. It doesn't really matter but the more winter times people are itching to get out for events. I liked the theme ones like st. patty's. Its better and more likely people to be able to attend as summer gets booked up fast.

For wedding socials I would say Friday worked best for us. When it's social season and there is a social to attend almost every weekend we do try and go to most if not all of them!

Thing is... we have had weekends where we have a social on the Friday and another the next day on the Saturday. We will FOR SURE spend more money on the Friday social because it's the last day of the work week and we want to party!! So the for the next day we have less money and possibly a little hungover so we don't buy as much raffle tickets and we certainly don't buy as many drink tickets.

Also social season is in the spring (not much else to do in Spring expect go to wedding socials.
