What I mean is, if the time of day is not set in stone yet, it's something for you to think about. If your ceremony or start time is before 5pm. you may have a few latecomers. Having a later start for the ceremony means people won't have to take time off work and you can go straight into dinner. You can plan to take photos before the ceremony if seeing each other for the first time at the aisle is not a priority.

Regardless, you also have to deal with local guests traveling through rush hour to your venue so plan for that.
