Are you going for an all-inclusive vs. selecting different vendors??

Also, the venue planner is not the same as your wedding planner. They will only look after the venue's operations. They will not arrange external things like your makeup schedule, your flowers, your transportation, coordinate with your officiant etc.

Furniture and basic linens is one thing but unless you go for a very basic event setup, decor usually consists more than just linens. Flowers, arches, props, pedestals, candles that are fancier than your basic votive tea candles are rarely included with a venue.

Some venues have an in house DJ but they tend to be pricier than if you source one yourself. Of course, your paying for the convenience of not having to look for one.

Some venues offer an all inclusive package with tables, chairs, linens, catering, DJ, bar services, wedding planner etc- in the Niagara region and near Ottawa. Of course, Officiant and flowers are never included.
But this is to compare with other venues that only offer the space.

Only wondering because it can be really stressful to manage a bunch of different vendors.

It's pretty rare for one venue to include everything (DJ, photography, video, flowers, decor, officiant) unless it's a pop up chapel. Venues might have preferred or even exclusive vendors but based on the tons of venues I've researched, not one of them come with a package of "here's everything you need for a wedding."
