We're more or less in the same boat. Being in the GTA means we have to be more cautious than the rest of the province so there are a few vendors we didn't book in case they're not needed (ie not booking a DJ if there's no dancing).
We're already pretty much done planning everything! I like to have things planned ahead of time so that a few months before the wedding I can just make sure everything is good to go and focus on making sure I don't forget any little detail. Our only dilemma right now is we're wondering if we should just downsize to our immediate family (around 10 people) instead of our current guest list of just under 50. How about you?
