Couples getting married on April 23, 2021 in Ontario

Hello! We have a religious ceremony followed by a reception at Hazelton Manor. Our colors are mauve, white, and grey.

I'm on the same boat at Lauren in terms of having booked major vendors back in January, and I've slowly picked up planning again over the past month. So far, the pandemic has impacted our engagement shoot (ended up doing this at home by ourselves) and my hair/makeup trial. Also, we invited people from out of town, but understand if they're uncomfortable flying in next year.

I'm optimistic about keeping our date but am mindful that this could change depending on how things go with the pandemic over the next few months. How flexible were you vendors when you rescheduled your date?

View quoted message We first got engaged back in 2018, and have been planning for our spring 2021 wedding just before we got engaged. We had just finally finished booking our vendors in February of this year thankfully, but were going to go to some expos and other bigger events to get our decor and other items for the wedding. My mom has started making our flower arrangements and my bouquets. So thankfully we were in good time for next year, but after talking to our venue (carmens Lakeview) things are still so questionable that we have set our back up date to spring 2022. And are now in the process of planning again with our other vendors

We got engaged in December and I went a little crazy planning in January. So we had all of our major vendors booked before the pandemic escalated and we didn't do much over the last few months. Since things have started opening we've been able to check a couple more things off like dress and wedding bands, now need to start on wedding party attire.
But I am wondering about things like honeymoon (we're holding off on plans for now) and invites (I don't want to get things printed if there's a second wave and we have to push out the date). So trying to plan things that I'll need even if the date changes.

Congratulations on your engagement. We are getting married 2021 but in February. I'm going with snowy glittery theme with red for colour. (Silver, red and black or grey)
