Couples getting married on 1/june/2019 in Quebec

Hello, My name is Helena, and I have just moved to Quebec and do not speak any French as of yet. My husband to be just took a job with the railroad, so we are planning to purchase a house somewhere in the Sutton or Bromont area. This is a second wedding for both of us, so we would like to find something a little different then the traditional sit down dinner. I was hoping to find a large private house to rent for a week, and host the wedding there. If anyone has any ideas or can recommend a place that would be great. I was a wedding planner in Ontario, so I don't mind organizing everything myself.
