We are doing our own meals for around 50 people what are the most cost effective meals that will leave people feeling full. This is a backyard wedding

If its a backyard wedding, why not hamburgers or sausages. Sides tp go along with it.

Turkey dinner... You would need 1.5lbs of turkey per person so for 50 people 75lbs of turkey or 3 25lbs birds... As an added benefit it can be served cold.

Lasagna! You can make them in large king size pans and the carbs with keep everyone full. You can make meat or vegetarian and also freeze them for good leftovers after!
