Circular ceremony seating layout

I love the idea of being literally surrounded by friends and family like the couple in this photo.

Luckily I’m pretty sure our venue has space to accommodate this seating arrangement. I don’t think we’ll include the flowers though.

My FH and I both dislike being the centre of attention which is why we’re not fond of the traditional standing at the front of a space layout, but somehow this (though it is precisely just that centre of attention that we wanted to avoid), makes it less overwhelming, and we’re comforted by being “surrounded by love”.

Wondering if anyone else did this or is thinking about doing it...??

This is so stunning but I would feel majorly claustrophobic I think! I don't need any added anxiety on the wedding day, I also think I would get super distracted

It's a beautiful look but I'm like you where I don't like being the centre of attention either, so this would give me so much anxiety lol.

My fiancé and I love this idea as it was originally pitched to us by a venue we turned down; however, I don't think it'll work for the venue we've gone with. Regardless, it is beautiful!

Me too! I wish I could put blinders on so I can just focus on my FH.

    Good luck!

Don’t be nervous! This is YOUR (you + fiancé) day. Find a way to make it so that you’re not nervous. You should be smiling and beaming and laughing - not nervous!

    Hang in there!

As a self-proclaimed introvert, this layout would be too stressful for me. I'm so nervous about the ceremony.

It is a good idea to have that pattern and everyone around you.

I love this idea! If the barn didn't have permanent seating then I'd totally do this! I totally get why this is a more comfortable way if being centre of attention.

I'm planning to do this for our outdoor ceremony too! With a little bit bigger circle as we need to be able to walk around inside it Smiley smile

I really wanted to do this as well! Unfortunately our church just can’t accomodate for the space needed but I think it’s so cool! That way everyone has a really good seat
