Hey Sharon! How is the cheese-cake hunt going? Have you tried specialty grocery stores, or asked your caterer if they know of anyone? Your venue coordinator may also have good suggestions as they may have worked with couples who have done this before.

Theres a place called the cheese factory. I just googled where to find full wheels of cheese in Edmonton lol. There was a few place. Just give them a call or send them an email
