I am having a hard time finding a wholesaler that has decent charger plates for a good price. I've been quoted to rent some at $3 per plate but wanted to explore other options. Anyone have suggestions?

I came across a few sites on Kijiji.ca site under charger plate rentals for $1 if your interested to check it out. I did see other websites though their prices don't show or about what your quoted.

Dollar stores have some options that are very affordable and actually look okay, but they’re plastic/acrylic so that may not be what you’re going for.
Facebook marketplace might have something too.

My rentals vendor has gold acrylic charger plates for $0.85 and fancier clear/beaded charger plates for $1.25 each to rent.

Kitchen Stuff Plus is selling charger plates for $2 each right now. A friend of mine bought champagne coloured ones for his wedding. If they're only $3 to rent, it might be worth going with that unless you have use for 50+ charger plates in the future. You also have to pack them and wash them after the wedding.
