Challenges with polaroid guest book, is it worth it?

Kristina, on April 7, 2017 at 11:09 Posted in DIY 0 6
I would really like to do a photo guest book but have heard a lot of negative things like the high cost of film and needing someone there to take the photos. What are people's thoughts on this or what worked/didn't work for you. I will be having about 130 guests at the wedding with lots of children. hanks.

Nice to do yet expensive yes. How about a digital camera and this way you can back it up on the laptop or flash drive. This will give you the quality and to print out after. Get guests to sign coloured sheets. After the wedding, print the pictures if the families or couples next to their messages.

Make sure it is set up in an area of good lighting. My brother did this for his wedding and none of the pictures taken after the sun went down turned out.

If you have an iPad or something similar, i've read a lot about digital guest books. they're typically free, just have to make sure they're securely pegged down so kids don't run off with them.

We looked into this as well... Expensive, would not be so bad with fewer guests and no kids (Can't trust them not to waste the paper)... We will be having some sort of guest book as well as a DIY photo booth... Photo booth photos will be emailed after the reception.
