Ceremony take down

Have you discussed the clearing away of dishes with your caterer? If it is not their responsibility, perhaps they could recommend a company that they have worked with in the past to provide this service for you.

I would maybe search for decoration companies in your area to see if they can come specifically for that. Jack & Jill Weddings is a decoration company and does offer take down for wedding spaces. You could always send them an email for a specific request and see if they're able to fulfil that for you.
