Ceremony Locations

Hi Everyone,

We are getting married in August at a winery but thought we could do our ceremony there as well....because the winery is open to the public it cannot shut down for the ceremony until 630pm.

My fiancé really is not too keen on doing pics before we are actually married.

Does anyone have suggestions for a nice location in Niagara-On-The-Lake for about 125 guests?

Quick, easy and beautiful.....we have our officiant as well already.

Any suggestions would be welcome! Like a park close by etc....we just want it to be earlier.

    There’s Queenston heights park (with an awesome view) and is maybe a 10 minute drive down Queenston road. It has large picnic tent structures you can reserve in case of rain and a spot for wedding ceremonies if I remember correctly.
    Otherwise, there’s tons of parkland along the River (though it’s kind of public) with pavilions to rent and lovely green space.
    You could also try looking in Queenston or st. David’s for private spots at the BNBs there. Those are options for the south part of notl, if you’re willing to drive towards the lake, there may be a few more options

    Which winery are you at? August would be way too wild to go into old town but there’s some lovely spots outside of town

    Many hotels in Niagara-on-the-Lake can be contacted to inquire about weddings and costs. This way you can have both and still drive to the winery after for reception.
