Ceremony aisle decorations - Options

Tunisha, on September 30, 2021 at 10:36 Posted in DIY 0 19
Hello Beautiful People,

I am in need of your help! I am looking into my ceremony decoration. I’m using vases with marbles and real flowers (or probably lights).
What do you think is the best option?
This is using dried flowers in the meantime as I do not have real ones. - using water, marbles, and flowers/baby’s breath.Ceremony aisle decorations - Options 1
This second one is - using marbles, lights, flowers.Ceremony aisle decorations - Options 2

Which option seems better? Or is there an idea that you can give me to make it look better? Do I keep both and have it mixed between chair/aisle?Really appreciate your input. Thank you! 🙏🏾💕

Ahhhhh, thank you for that input Hank! Will definitely keep that in mind. Also, I believe that we will put those out at least 1 hour before the ceremony starts.

Yeah, I think someone is being picky at this late time. Haha! But I’ll make it work with what I got! Ohhhhhh yes, lovely option too. I do have some petals as well. Thanks for the reminder. Haha

Hahaha!! Is someone being picky? 😬😂 you can just just petals as you walk down the aisle?

My concern is that in October, it can be windy, potentially knocking over any outdoor aisle decor, especially if the ground is not even as it can be outside. And with it being glass, it can be a hazard. If you use these items, I would try to find a way to make sure they hold. Either something really heavy or glue the bottom to a large base board to keep it level.

I don't think so! I think the simplicity of it is good enough and plus it will be on the floor. I think the lights will give it that extra touch! Anything else on top of that will be too much in the vase imo

Omg!! I misread that 😂😂 sorry 😭 I thought you were asking for the reception. You are right!! Imagine that! Nah I don’t trust myself or my kids with candles. Definitely not suitable for the aisle. Definitely option 2 without candles😍😁😁

    We’re outdoor Hank.
Something like this (another wedding set up from their website). We will have an aisle runner with the vases at each rows.

Thank you so much for your response Daily!! 🥰 The candles won’t be good option for the ceremony aisle, incase someone gets their dress burnt off. Hahahaha! But I love this table decor, so lovely!

    Thank you Amanda!!
Do you think there is another or extra spice to add to it? The light will have to be put in later but the battery part is hidden in the marbles. Haha.

Thank you so much for your response Carmel.
I did not think about the venue not allowing water. But I’ll definitely look into option 2. I wanted to spice it up a bit more. Haha. Because the ceremony starts at 4pm, I was wondering if the light will show and I have to make sure someone set these up a few hours before since it’s battery and can’t set it up at 10am. Haha

Are you indoor? Will you have a carpet runner? If so, I wouldn't use water due to potential of accidents.

Oh love it!! I think if you plan on adding candles then the first one would look nice. Without candles then the second option 😁😁Ceremony aisle decorations - Options 4

I wouldn't use water! You're risking them being knocked over as people pass by and water going everywhere. Your venue may not even let you. So option 2 for sure.
