Catering up in jasper, ab

We have planned our wedding for September 22nd, 2018 in Jasper, AB, but we are having difficulty finding a caterer for the event. The reception is at the hall in the Activity Centre. We have had consultations with two caterers already who are unable to cater the wedding. We are looking for a buffet dinner for approximately 140 people and a hot & cold late lunch for approximately 75 people.
I am waiting on a few emails but if anyone has a reference for a catering service who may be able to cater for us that would be SO SO appreciated!

Has the venue given you any recommendations? I'd start with them since they've worked with them before.
