We are doing a buffet

Food choices do look good and sides as well. Its great news to know your options are chosen and satisfied of flavours. We had 4 course meal served with everyone choosing meat, vegetarian and kids meal based on every individual which worked out great for us. It was perfect portions even for the kids who got vanilla ice cream while the rest got crème brulee and cake/pastry.

Oh my goodness that looks so good!
We still have to book our tasting. Hopefully in Sept there may be more answers by then. We also go over our timeline with our venue at the same time.

We’re doing seated 3 course meal dinner.
Main:Chicken supreme stuffed with asiago and spinach or Herb crusted Salmon with lemon sauce
Dessert:With strawberry swirled cheesecake (drizzled with rhubarb coulee)

As of right now we are doing smoked chicken, pulled pork and brisket.

View quoted message New things for me were the beans, mustard coleslaw and potato salad. I didn't like the potato salad but I did like the other two which surprised me.


I also had never tried chicken wings from this place and they were soo goood! I love chicken wings!

View quoted message I know I know! 😭 He’s not available any day since he just picked up a second job for a month a few days ago. 😭 So at least I have others that will come that will assist. He’s okay with it, as he’s the one that said to continue the tasting.

I hope so too! I've heard from multiple people that the food is amazing so I'm pretty sure whatever we decide for food will be delicious!

I’m happy that you were able to go to your tasting and enjoyed the food. That’s probably the best part, to know you’re on the right track of catering and that it’s good.

My sister, mother, dad and I will be going for ours next Monday for our catering tasting. Wish us luck. Haha. We’re picky ourselves. 😂
