Venue: Ruthven Historic Site (Cayuga, ON)
Date: September 5th, 2020
Guest count: 70
Budget: 5-6K (We can discuss)
Meal type: Passed and stationed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour with a buffet reception to follow.
What we need:
3 staff for 8 hours (1 head wait person, 1 bartender, 1 wait person) All staff must be smart serve certified and insured. Bride and groom to purchase SOP and liability insurance.
Note: The venue has an indoor and outdoor prep area with hot and cold running water, electrical outlets and one standard refrigerator. If needed, the bride and groom will rent a portable industrial fridge/freezer. We will also rent a tent (with your recommendation on size) for the set up of the buffet, which will be right outside of the coach house were the reception will take place.
Loose Timeline:
Ceremony start time: 5:00PM
Cocktail hour / passed hors d'oeuvres start time: 5:15-6:15
Dinner start time: 6:30-7:45
Cake cutting / dessert table tea and coffee time: 7:30-8:00
Speech / Thanking time: 7:45 - 8:00
8:15- 10:30 Dancing / mingle
10:15 last call on alcohol
10:20 band announces last couple of songs for the night
10:30 band ends
10:30 Tea and coffee and donuts for the road
10:45 wish couple farewell into limo
Close up by 11:00pm

SETUP OF NON ALCOHOLIC DRINK TABLE TROUGH (DRINKS PROVIDED BY BRIDE AND GROOM WITH SOP AND INSURANCE)
BUFFET DINNER
CHAMPAGNE TOAST (PROVIDED BY BRIDE AND GROOM WITH SOP AND INSURANCE)
CAKE CUTTING
SET UP OF DESSERT TABLE (PROVIDED BY BRIDE AND GROOM)
POUR WINE / PUT ON TABLE FOR DINNER (WINE PROVIDED BY BRIDE AND GROOM WITH SOP AND INSURANCE)
RENTALS: (needed the night before for set up. If you can't provide these, that is ok)
