Catering or Food Service For a Backyard Wedding

Oh my God ladies you would not believe how hard it is to find a decently priced caterer for a wedding near Bobcaygeon / Fenlon Falls area!!
I am having a backyard wedding at my family Cottage in burnt River there's more than enough space for a tent for 200 people and the community center has agreed to let us use their spot for parking and if we'd like their kitchen the only problem is they do not have servers or Cooks.
my mom and my family plan on putting all the food together the week before the wedding themselves they just need someone to warm it back up, or cook things in crock pots and things like that or put it together salads will all be pre cut and ready they just need to be mixed etc etc on that day we also need someone to drive it over and set it out and then put it away when we're done. we do want to do it buffet style so we don't need actual servers at the venue.
any recommendations would be greatly appreciated as I cannot find very many places that do surveying I am also at this point very open to catering though I am trying to keep costs as low as possible I have a budget for just the food and dinner alone 4 about $3, 000 for a hundred and fifty people.
