Catering in Ottawa - Price/head

Hello! I am looking for a catering company that would do a cocktail hour grazing table and a buffet-style dinner that doesn't break the budget! There will be around 100 guests. Late night snacks would be great too, but so far I'm getting quoted at above $14K for all of the above. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

I would suggest looking into resturant as a venue. This is what we're doing, but in Toronto. Wedding is for about 100 and it's a buffet style. $97/head and this includes open bar for 4 hours and wine with dinner (you pick your 4 hour window for the open bar) . Also, the resturant backs onto a courtyard, which is where the ceremony will take place. We really lucked out on this place. One stop for both ceremony and reception.

Your prices are actually very reasonable for a wedding caterer, especially one that has cocktail hour service, a buffet, and late night options.

I've been looking at catering and you are looking anywhere from $85- $200 a head. You would have to call different locations depending on the type of food you are looking at getting, but Ottawa is huge for catering, you can even call restaurants to cater. If you are looking for BBQ I know a great chef Family Riggins family BBQ.
