Catering company for just meats?

We are looking for a company in Edmonton AB that does just meats, as we are doing a potluck style menu. I’ve tried a few companies and no one is giving me straight answers if they will do just meat and I’m getting a bit frustrated 😅. Even a company that does pig roasts that could deliver would be awesome!!
