Friends of ours had the Salvation Army cater their wedding (i know how it sounds)... I guess it was super cheap and the food was AMAZING!! They got married in Hamilton. they did a buffet with salmon and chicken. It was honestly soooo good, and the only stipulation is that you donate whatever is not eaten. Maybe look into that.

James Meadows and Kathy's Catering are St Thomas based I believe, but not too far from Tillsonburg.

You should find a caterer that's close enough so you can physically go have a tasting, if they offer it. But I don't think you need to stay strictly with Tillsonburg caterers. Hamilton and London are close (which hopefully means no travel surcharge) and being a city, they likely would have more options for you to choose from. And both being major university areas, they could also have more options with better price points so I wouldn't restrict your search to just your town.
