Caterer Options!!

Hey everyone! I am getting married October this year (2025) and I still haven’t found a caterer. I need help finding a caterer that can handle 100 guest wedding, preferably plated (open to buffet), for under $20,000. I keep getting quoted prices over that and my fiancé and I just can’t offered that.


Our wedding is in the Toronto area! Thank you!

    It did not come with a caterer sadly! I’m finding out the hard way about all the extra costs!

    Does your venue not provide catering? Depending on your venue's set up, external catering will drive your costs up because you're not only paying for labour but also potentially equipment rentals.

    We used "Daniel et Daniel" and they were amazing!! We also considered "The Food Dudes".
