Buffet dinner station options

Hmmm, so far you have mexican and italian? so maybe go for just burgers or pizza? Or a pulled pork sandwich type of station?

I agree with the idea of asking your guests what they would most likely go for to try and get a good idea.

What about lasagna? or a completely different one like mexican? this sounds like a great idea!!

Another really awesome idea. I don't think we will have people RSVP'ing for their chosen station as I had envisioned people going to multiple stations if they wished, but now that you mention it, it may be wise. I'll have to think about it

Maybe burgers. Options like pulled pork, chicken, and beef with lots of veggies and condiments. Pasta and tacos can pretty easily be vegetarian so a meaty station should be safe.


Will you have people RSVP for their chosen station so you know roughly how much to have prepared? Just thinking I would eat either but if you have picky eaters (or adventurous eaters with eyes bigger then their stomachs) you might have an uneven consumption.

You could do bites like sliders or other small snacks that people can load up on or trickle back to, that way they can easily grab them and not hold up the line spooning things out.

I love sweets and immediately wanted to shout CREPES at you 😅. As already suggested, pizza or carving station are both good ideas .

I would do a carving station for the 3rd one. I think that is different enough from the others. Will you have salads/veggies/sides available at a separate table or will they be at the different stations?
