Brunch for dinner?

Courtney, on March 2, 2019 at 22:28 Posted in Wedding reception 0 12
Hey ladies! Me and my fiance are major breakfast lovers!! We could eat breakfast all day, so my question is : What are your opinions on hot breakfast for dinner at a semi-formal summer wedding?

I love it. Breakfast food is the best and since it's something you both love, it's a nice way to make your wedding unique to you Smiley smile

I think you can't go wrong with a breakfast-food wedding! Most people like breakfast foods, no matter what time of day!

I love the idea. You could have different food stations : waffles, crêpes, omelettes, etc! You could have a mimosa or caesar bar with different juices and garnishes!!

I would love to go to a wedding with breakfast for dinner! That sounds so yummy! Also, I have a little one and if you’re inviting kids, it would be great for them! Lots of stuff for kids!

    I think it’s a great idea!

You can serve the basics, but also some of the more elevated dishes as well.

We’re haveing a morning ceremony and brunch reception, and serving mini French Toast and Breakfast poutine as canapés. For the main meal we’ll have a omelette and eggs Benedict, and sweet and savoury waffle food stations.

I’d be all for it! Especially with lighter choices like Belgian waffles or crêpes in addition to more traditional brunch options. But, I too am a fan of breakfast any time of the day or night.

I'd love the idea of breakfast being served, not for dinner time though. It would seem odd of timing and meal choice.

Brunch is good for breakfast options. Light meals or smaller portions based on what's being served can be easier for your guests.
