Bridesmaid gifts

Shelby, on February 2, 2020 at 20:34 Posted in Before the wedding 0 4
I am trying to figure out a gift for all of the bridesmaids and I have too many ideas and also no ideas at the same time I have thought tea to massages to reading socks and I am not sure where to start. I also need something that can work anywhere with each bridesmaid being in different cities or town. I want to keep it around 50 each. Any ideas or suggestions would be great.

I agree with Amelia - I'm paying for hair and make up for my sister. I also paid for her dress. I thought it made more sense to pay for something she needed, versus getting her something else.

As Amelia said, weddings are expensive - so I'd like to make my wedding as affordable as possible for my wedding party.

I just gave my girls a "date night IOU" which they can use whenever. I paid for my MOH's nails, one BM used it as a comedy night (but only used half the money and I will give her the rest in cash), and then the other 3 are reminded by me every month or two so they don't forget. They could go on a date night with me, I can buy them a present that they wouldn't normally splurge to get, or simply request the cash.

I'm always a fan of paying for their hair and makeup, or at least chipping in. Weddings are so expensive for everyone that if it were me I'd prefer a little break on something I already have to pay for.
If that doesn't work for you then maybe gift cards for restaurants, spas, or movie theaters etc. (a lot can be bought online if you don't live in the city where the service is located). That way you can personalize them a bit, like a Mani for the friend who always has great nails, dinner gift card for the girl who never treats herself.
