Matching get ready robes for the day of.. matching bracelets, eye cover for sleeping, face mask, lip balm, I was thinking those mini face scrub stuff Foreo..

Would be great if they can use it after the wedding and it's not so monogrammed that they can't use it anywhere else than the wedding

Something you could include in your gift baskets are a pair of comfy flats/ flip-flops for them to change into after dinner. I feel like that's something they might forget to consider bringing on the day of and will be a huge lifesaver after X many hours in their heels.

I also really like the idea of giving them matching jewelry so they can wear it for the wedding, or paying for part of their "getting ready" items (hair/ make-up/ nails/ etc.).

Maybe matching bracelets for the day of? Wine/Booze of any type they drink. Day of wedding emergency kits. Spa like items (face masks, nail polish, etc.)

Water bottle with name personalized, bath & body products that can be used for getting ready (body lotion, scrub, moisturizer, and more). A voucher of some kind so they buy what they like at their favourite store.

Besides doing a basket, the gift of paying for the hair and make up makes up for what you would have given more of gift on top. Set of earring that are simple and to match their dresses to wear on the day with a Thank You card to each.

A wine glass for the day of to have some drinks, candles, socks, lip gloss, individual masks, bottle of wine, candy, chocolate.
You could do little themes for the baskets. Pamper basket, food/drink basket, outdoor, party
