Looking for a bar/open field to have a ceremony and a bonfire reception in the Niagara region any suggestions. Looking to keep it reasonably cheap.

Between the Lines winery has a nice event space and a bonfire pit. They dont specifically advertise regarding weddings but they do other events (including some with bonfires). I went to a brunch event there and it was lovely.
You might want to reach out to them and see if they are available.

Have you tried any campgrounds? They usually close up Thanksgiving weekend but maybe one would be will to rent some space the weekend after.

Check some cottages or air bnb or do you know anyone with a large backyard? you can just decorate the backyard

I don't know about open bar but maybe heartland forest can help you. I know they do weddings there and they have a fire area on their property. They have a lot of pavilions on their property that may work for you. I can't seem to find anything in the niagara region that has bonfires. If I see anything I'll come back to this post.
