Those things are impossible to find in my area!! I'm in Belleville, Ontario. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to rent them? We are totally willing to travel to the GTA if need be.

Omg! I'm in ajax and using these. My decorator is getting them for me. If you try to find any decorator around the GTA they rent them out, even if you don't use them to do all your other decor. I'd say start there

Try aliexpress. they ship from china. so you need at least 2 months for it to come. my friend got some sequin tablecloths from there (not in black).
try chaircoverfactory to purchase.
amazon. I find EVERYTHING on amazon! haha
call some decorators in larger cities near you. they may have them to rent.

Have you tried any Halloween supply stores? Those may be in right now since it is almost Halloween. You would probably have to buy them at that point or check out a Fabric store, they might be able to point you in the right direction. You might have more luck searching in the GTA.
You might have more luck finding gold sequin tablecloths (if I remember correctly, that was one of your colours!) but I understand if you are settled on black sequins
