Best books on relationships

Hi Vanessa, I have also been through a bad relationship. It tends to make you gun shy, so that when the right person comes along you're so overcautious and watch for any little sign that it won't work out. I sometimes confuse normal hiccups in the relationship for signs of incompatibility. It's a learning process.

Following this. I have a book at home I just can't remember what its called. I have read all the books of what love should not look like coming from a bad relationship before I met my Fiance.

I don't think my fiancé would read relationship books. Actually, if you do get Men are from Mars, Women from Venus, it will enlighten you with regard to what males think is important and why they react to things the way they do. Pick it up at a thrift shop. It's well worth the read. I used to get really upset in my first marriage about the way my husband would respond to things. This book helped me realize that men and women are two totally different creatures. It was too little information, too late. Get it soon before problems arise.

Most definitely! Unfortunately, most men I know don't put much stock in these types of books! How about your hubby-to-be?

Yes, Kacy. I think relationship books have to be read a few times over the years to refresh our memories and work through new problems that have arisen.
