BBQ Wedding Reception

Okay everyone, I need some inspiration. We aren't actively planning our wedding just yet because we haven't actually set a date; but I'd like to have some ideas ready to go when we do. We are looking at doing a Bbq for our wedding "reception". My dilemma is that, I only want one witness for the ceremony, but I really want to include the other three girls as bridesmaids at the Bbq. I came up with having them each introduce themselves at the beginning of the Bbq, but I'm curious if anyone has any other special ideas in their brains for me to consider. Thank you in advance.

    The idea of a backyard BBQ Reception is great and having just a MOH and BM (Best Man) each for you and your FH can be easy and if considering the other ladies as female Ushers to seat your guests or welcoming them as they enter the ceremony.

    Setting the date is based on how you both want to look at the season or occasion to base your engagement or proposal to embrace that day. An officiant or family member/friend can marry you if you ask them given they are certified.

    What about MC jobs? If you don't have one set MC for the night they could take turns announcing: first dance, parent dances, cutting of cake, grace, supper being ready, bouquet toss, garter toss, etc.
