Looks like your sentence was cut off before you posted. The wedding is on private property, and not a venue?
If $15/hr is what Kijiji is posting for, then that's a starting point but consider that your bartender won't make tips compared to a regular bar shift. They might ask for more due to that fact.

Have you tried asking your venue? You can also look up bartending job posts on kijiji to see what establishments are charging. Keep in mind, they're also working for tips whereas in your wedding, if it's an open bar your guests will unlikely to carry cash to tip, and therefore they may charge more.
