Hello Everyone!
We are having our wedding at my FH parent's backyard. We are supplying the alcohol. It will be an open bar. We hired bartenders and in their contract it says "A special occasions permit may be needed and PAL insurance depending on the type of event. On the AGCO website it says an SOP is required if liquor is offered for sale. Anyone that had a backyard wedding, did you get a permit? Is it required?
