As a maid of honor it is a responsibility to plan a bachelorette part, bridal shower, stag and doe.. that sort of thing. Maybe she has never done this before and doesn't know her duties as a MOH. Maybe sit down with her or talk to her on the phone and say what you would like to do. You could also suggest what you envision and so it gives her some ideas of what you want.

I'm sorry this is happening. It sucks when people that you appoint to be there for you let you down. It happens a lot unfortunately.
