My Bestie's daughter is 13 and since she is attending, she offered to take care of the few kids we will have that day.

Good luck, babysitting services are hard to find these days especially in a place you are not familiarized with.

They do have companies out there, hotels had removed that option for liability reasons but some are bringing it back but you would need to sign a waiver. You can look at market place and as well google babysitters in your location.

I think you just hire a regular babysitter except instead of your house, they go to your venue.
