August 1, 2020 Weddings - Should i or shouldn't i postpone??

We're supposed to have our wedding on August 1, 2020 in Canmore...we live in Toronto and 1/2 our guests are going to be coming from here to Canmore. We're still on the fence of whether we pull the trigger and postpone or move forward...

It looks like Alberta is a bit more delayed than Toronto in terms of Covid...so that means the peak is likely to be a bit later and therefore when things start to go back to "normal" will also be a bit later...what is the feeling out there for an August 1, 2020 wedding???

Hi Tia, our wedding is Aug 8th as well and we too are waiting until late May early June to make the call. I’m riding this roller coaster with you having different feelings daily but hoping for the best. Sherry, Calgary, AB

Our wedding is July 31, 2020 in Canmore as well. We are waiting until the end of April to start talking about it more seriously. We have been following AHS everyday to get a feel for the situation but it has been pretty overwhelming already. Hoping for the best but we are prepared to postpone if needed.

My wedding is August 8 and we are going to wait until June to make a decision. I am hopeful things will be normal(ish) by then. I have different feeling about it every day as to wether it is going to happen or not which I think is natural, but ultimately we are waiting it out and hoping for the best.
