Aug 1st wedding Quebec?

I’m being so annoyed about the number of people allowed. Why are we not allowed to have more than 10 people in our yard? But allowed hundreds of people in stores/bars. I really hope they increase the number of people allowed for gathering... give me some hope!

Also looking to hold a 50 people wedding outdoors only in September 2020.. I don’t get the rules in Quebec. It’s very inconsistent and confusing.
