Are there any venues in/near Niagara on the Lake that allow you to stay later than 12am?

I'm looking for an outdoorsy/barn/winery venue that would stay open for guests and dancing until at least 1am!

I think the issue is the outdoor part. I would imagine there are bylaws against amplified sound that late into the night. Venues can get fined for not following said bylaws.
