Appetizers during cocktail hour?

We had prosecco, wine, beer and limited cocktails for drinks and we had some hors d'oeuvres passed around: caprese salad skewers, coconut shrimp and mushroom bruschetta.

Deff doing apps! We will have around 8 that will be Indian/Western mix for our mixed backgrounds and also Veg/Meat options! Still working on a signature drink!

At our cocktail hour, bite size apps were served by waitstaff. 5 options were available and chose 3 non-veg and 2 veg for everyone to enjoy. Open bar was open that time too for drinks to be enjoyed.

We’re having a restaurant reception, so our cocktail hour has platters like veges, wings, nachos etc

We’re having an antipasto buffet during cocktail hour, so it will include things like focicca, prosciutto (and other meats), cheeses, calamari, salads, olives, etc.

Our bar will be open serving everything.

For apps we will I’ll be picking several ones that will be passed around by waitstaff. We haven’t decided on what those will be yet. Our venue has a bunch of different options to chose from.
