Alternative Guestbook

We have our wedding coming up in June and are working away at the planning for it. We have an idea for the guest book but aren't sure how to execute it in a good looking way. We want to print cards with a few different prompts repeated on each one and a good amount of blank ones for well wishes. We're looking for ideas on how we can display the blank ones with pens on the gift table and a nice way to collect the filled cards. We're planning on scrapbooking the cards when we get back from our honeymoon
