Alcohol orders?

Would anyone be willing to share their alcohol orders for their weddings? We're having approximately 140 people, with at least 100 of them being heavy drinkers. We know we're going to do one red wine, one white wine, one beer, one cider, and hard liquor... I just have no idea how much of each to order.

Plenty of charts about this online, but I'm having trouble figuring out what percentage of wine vs. liquor vs. beer to order, you know? Anyone have any real life info they'd be willing to share?

My venue has total reigns on the bar I don’t think I’ll be getting any open bar services, unless someone wants to offer it to me as a gift, it seems a bit frivolous on our part, we’re trying to buy or build a house also this year so anywhere we can save the better!!!

This list was given to me by a hall to help with budgeting. and its fairly accurate. but if you have heavy drinkers. had 2-3 extra bottles. in Ontario you can return if they are unopened.

We had approximately 150 guests at our wedding, and about 130 of them were drinking age.
We only had beer and wine available but we went through 100L of beer and 60 bottles of wine (more white than red). The beer ran out by 11:00 but that wasnt nessessarily a bad thing lol.

Not too sure on this myself - I'm just going to tag along to see what others say...
Any chance you are having bar tenders serve the alcohol? Maybe they would have a good idea? That's what we will be asking our bar tenders but it's so far out to our wedding that we aren't worrying too much just yet.
